Resolved Question: Should the Chicago Cubs re-sign Chad Fox, and why or why not?

Chad Fox is now a free agent, and since 2005 he has been on the Chicago Cubs roster, he started his carrer with the Altanta Braves, he also played with the Milwaukee Brewers, Boston Red Sox, and Florida Marlins. But for pretty much this whole decade, he has been injured, and only had rare few seasons injury free.
